HOW IT WORKS123

In general it is a 5 stages process:

1. Data gathering on energy consumption, temperature, engineering equipment parameters, maintenance registers, operational expenditures, capital investments and etc..
2. Collected data is processed and standardized, database is created.
3. Data analysis is made by observing energy consumption patterns, engineering equipment performance, technological processes, personnel activities and etc.. Data on similar buildings are compared thus identifying both best practices and inefficiencies.
4. Improvements are made. The nature of improvements could be various: proper equipment regulation, prompt service and repair works, elimination of maintenance shortcomings, personnel training, changes in temperature settings and etc.
5. Building performance is monitored on a periodic basis and new cycle of improvements is conducted.
